Here you'll find all the info you'll need about how we post, ship and deliver our parcels. If you desperately need your new goodies, or you just need some further help, please . We'd love to hear from you!

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

 UK Standard Delivery is FREE on orders of £30.00 or more, orders under £30.00 will be charged a flat rate of £3.95 (small parcel). Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail’s 2^nd Class Delivery and a signature will be required.

Please Note: Items are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order excluding weekends.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection and/or redelivery the next working day should you arrange this with them. Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour if they can obtain a signature. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on bank holidays and weekends.

 

TERMS OF POSTAGE

If you opt for standard delivery (which is a trackable service) at the checkout, in the unlikely event your item goes missing and does not arrive after 10 working days have passed, we will resend your order at the company’s expense and make a claim on your behalf.

Royal Mail doesn't class an item as lost until 21 days have passed, your claim may therefore take up to 6 weeks to be processed.

All parcels will be dispatched within 48 hours.

We do not dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays!
